It’s easy but repetitive and boring. What other roles could I do that doesn’t make you go crazy?
I wanna do something outbound like pack singles or ship dock but wouldn’t pack just be the same thing and isn’t ship dock more demanding?
And would amnesty responder be easy to get into, and would it be outbound or inbound?

From my previous posts, most people said I’m in a surplus—but I don’t think my situation was fully understood, so I’ll explain it better. Please read it all.

I’ve been at maintenance for 7 weeks since finishing my cut, yet my weight is still slowly trending up. I’m unsure if I’m actually in a surplus, because I still feel slightly hungry in the mornings and at night. I’m also eating high-volume, high-protein foods, just like I did during the deficit.

My sleep hasn’t improved much either—it’s similar to how it was during the cut, including occasionally waking up hungry during the night.

Right now I’m eating 1850 calories (fully accurately tracked), at 177 cm, 134 lbs, 22 years old, training 2–4 times per week, and doing around 6k steps daily.

What’s confusing is that my waist measurement hasn’t changed, and my love handles are actually about 0.5 inches smaller than at the end of my cut. That doesn’t really line up with being in a surplus.

I also lost some strength toward the end of the cut and still haven’t fully regained it. So I’m wondering if the weight increase could be from regaining muscle and glycogen, rather than fat—basically a recomposition effect where body fat stays the same (or even drops slightly) while scale weight increases.

After 7 weeks at maintenance, my weight is still trending up. I’m not sure if I’m actually in a surplus, since I still feel a bit hungry in the mornings and at night. My sleep hasn’t really improved either—it’s pretty similar to how it was during the deficit, with some bad nights.

I’m eating 1900 cals, while being 177cm 134lbs at 22Y.

Gym 2-4x a week and 6k steps everyday.

I also lost some strength towards the end of my cut, and I still haven’t got back to my previous peak. I’m wondering if the weight gain is just from regaining muscle, or if I’m actually gaining fat. How can I tell if I’m in a surplus or not?
