Hrt
So had my 1 year apt 2 days ago and got my new prescriptions. I got the big spiro pills. I believe 100mg twice a day. And Im taking 4 estradiol a day (maxed out.) and 100mg progesterone. My T is not being suppressed but my labs and doctor says my estrogen is in the female range. Is this a point where I should switch to injections? Im paying like $146 every 3 months for the pills and have just been worried about the cost of injections. I dont know what to do. Also scared of needles and self injecting. I dont think I could do it. Any tips or advice?

I get clocked half the time.
I work in retail. Started socially transitioning a month ago. Been on hrt for a little over a year now. 6/19/25 was my start date. I believe my biggest issue is my voice.
