Like most people, I apply sunscreen in the morning, then do my face and head to work. I may be inside all day, but I do occasionally venture out, and I sit near a huge window.

I’m beginning 0.025% tomorrow night! I want to try the sandwich method. Thinking about using La Roche Posay Cicaplast balm to do so - but want to know what other people are using, including serums and other things?
