I recommend having alt secret proship account. i recommend having two account atleast:

1. Non proship account. this is normie account with strictly no proship content.
2. proship account

Pro:

-You can love your proship and darkship freely. it feels like breathing fully. it's fun. i literally made two proship account because i'm escaping my main account that are full of antis dramas.

-by having normie account, you protect yourself from being harassed by normies when you interact with general accounts. also, protected your proship account

-access to all internet spaces. can interact with 'proship dni' accounts. convenient, more flexible, not complicated, not being sad about the accounts you want to interact having proship dni

-you can literally just be a silent reader in the non proship acc to be safer.

con:

-"This is why I'll always be openly proship. The second antis find out you're a "secret proshipper," they'll turn on you in an instant. You can know an anti for 10 years, and they could still do that. All because you can differentiate fiction from reality. F them."

-having to lie or pretend to be antis. having to stay quiet and be patient around antis spewing their moral policy about fiction(this is pain and suffering haha)

-this is my personal experience, i accidentally posted about darkship in the wrong account(normie account) and i swear to god, i was scared my antis moots saw it. i changed my bio, pfp, username, and prayed that they don't see it(somehow they are still moots with me), so maybe they didn't see my tweet in their timeline, well thank god. so yeah, don't be sleepy and 'drunk' like me

the reason why i have interacted with raging antishippers in my normie account:

it's simple. i like characters from game A. and i'm joining the fanclub of it(of course it's full of different people, i found out that the loud people(the ones that usually like to talk) most of them are antishippers, only two 'proshipper'-like people there. the silent readers? idk. but i bet they are normies too

For those who have secret/alt proship accounts, how has your experience been? Do you think the benefits outweigh the risks, especially when interacting with people who are openly antishipper? does it actually make fandom life easier for you? Have you ever been accidentally exposed, suspected, "tested" by antis? has you ever accidentally exposed their proship/darkship interests to your anti moots?

And for those who don't use separate accounts, why not? Do you think hiding your proship identity from anti/proship-DNI people is actually disrespecting their boundaries? how has your experience been?

I am in a fan server with some anti moots. That server is quieter because the game's ending, and I interact less with my anti moots because I am moving on to other interests.

I can see how it is bad to pretend that I am not a proshipper. But I will stick to my old way and keep my non-proship account to interact with general accounts.

Having my proship accounts perceived by many people scares me and makes me feel unsafe. I like to keep my proship account strictly to interact with fellow proshippers only. I am scared of being jumped by antis on random day if I use my proship account to interact in all fandom spaces, along with other worst-case scenarios I imagine.

I've learned that I shouldn't normalize anti behavior and that "we should just be enjoying the things we enjoy in public, which will help a generation of people who are into it not to become self-hating over something harmless." Also, "We don't and shouldn't have to pretend to be something we're not to meet purity culture standards." One of my fandoms is so full of antishippers that I just try to hide myself when I am there.

i will interact less with people that are actively antis and i think that i won't following more antis anymore. i have reflected that making my non-proship account silent readers, not actively friending people there, and just reply to rando accounts generally, will be good for me.

i'm scared antis seeing my post, if you are antis, please don't comment my post, i don't want starting discourse or making proshippers group looks bad. if this post make proshippers looks bad, i will delete this post. or if they put this in antis sub, i will delete this post. antis scares me.

My sister and I got off the train at a station in City A. The weird thing is, the street outside the station and the place where we came out were different and unfamiliar.

basically, our true exit and the mall is flipped.

the left and right sidewalk is vertical. | | the station is horizontal ----

old way:

train → right side of the station→old exit -> left sidewalk → go straight-> go left -> mall

new:

train → right side of the station→old exit -> left sidewalk →go straight ->far from the mall. mall is behind us. google-map said so.

train → left side of the station → different exit → left sidewalk ->go straight-> left→ mall.

first and middle part of the sidewalk is different. middle part into last part fo sidewalk is the same as before.

it is really impossible for a city to change its structure that drastically in just one month. The size of the sidewalks, the turns, the benchs(there was no benchs), other elements/objects, the building beside the sidewalk, were all seemed different.

When we first got off the train, in our old exit, our path to the mall is wrong when we check google map.

new exit, We had to cross through the station, which was weird because, before, we didn't get off there. This time, we also went out through a different exit(new exit).

Anyway, the structure of the surrounding area and the streets had really changed. We got confused about which side of the sidewalk we were supposed to take, so we went back into the station.

The usual way to get to the mall is: after getting off the train, we would take the left-side sidewalk, go straight, and then turn left toward the mall. Basically, the left sidewalk + the left station exit was the route we always took.

But this time, that route was wrong.

We had to go in the other direction through the station, but somehow it led to a different exit. It was so weird. It was still the left sidewalk, but it was a 'different' left-side station exit.

The train station itself has elevated tracks/rails, so the general structure is very obvious. The left, middle, and right sections of the station are still the same, almost like they're "stuck" in place. That's why the changes around it were even more noticeable.

The last parts of the streets toward our destination, the mall, were similar to how I remembered them. But the beginning parts were different.

It genuinely felt like I was subtly in a different universe.

Even the walking distance felt different. My sister said it felt faster to get to the mall, but the walk home felt longer to her. I thought the walk felt longer overall compared to last month.

That day, my sister also said that the area looked different, too. So I'm pretty sure it wasn't just me imagining things.

But today, I asked her, "Did it actually change, or is our memory just bad?"

She said, "Maybe it's just my bad memory."

But my sister isn't that forgetful, in my opinion. -_- She's actually the one who remembers things that I don't remember.

i asked her "is our exit different from last month?"

she said "i don't know :/ "she is unamused and she doesn't care(like she always do smh)

I genuinely think the street looked and felt different. I've never experienced anything like this before.

TL;DR: My sister and I returned to a familiar train station after a month, but the surrounding streets, sidewalks, exits, and route to the mall seemed different. The station itself was still the same, but the area around it felt like a different version of the place. We both noticed it at the time, although my sister now thinks it might just be bad memory.

What do you think actually happened? Was it just bad memory/lack of attention, or could this have been a glitch/jumping timelines/etc?
