For some reasons I never looked closely into it, but how do you work out something reasonable for your rebuilding costs? I have some (ordinary) flats that are in very big standard tenements (I am in Scotland...), but I think that over the years the rebuilding costs have become too low, or maybe not... Who knows...

I checked here

https://abi.bcis.co.uk/

and the amounts suggested are staggering. How can a single flat cost 3-400k+ to rebuild when there is nothing of note in it? A flat in a larger house, now split, came at over 700k! And I am certainly NOT talking about same Palladian house in the centre of London!

I don't want to be under-insured, but by the same token I don't want to purchase something I don't need.

What do you do?

For those in the UK, is anyone using the freely app (that is its actual name, I am not talking of free apps in general) with their fire stick? I am trying to understand whether it is available it not. The blurb on Amazon is ambiguous at best and users tell me different things.

Thanks ;)

UPDATE:

Despite what they say on the description of the item, the "Amazon Fire TV Stick 4K Plus streaming device, supports Wi-Fi 6, Dolby Vision/Atmos, HDR10+" most definitely does NOT support freely.

(I meant "repot" not "report" in the title.)

I just got this new plant as my old sage that was in the ground died (just as well, it didn't taste of anything, but in fairness it was being overwhelmed by the rosemary...) and I am not sure whether to repot it or not. It looks like an individual plant (unlike, say, pots of basil) and there aren't that many roots visible at the bottom.

I hope it tastes good...
