[Question] Why aren't high-end tool watch movements predominantly quartz?

Why aren't Tool watch movements predominantly quartz?

Since a tool watch is primarily supposed to be functional (and accurate), I would've figured that upper end tool watches would incorporate high-frequency quartz movements with temperature regulation in order to maintain nearly perfect time.

However, many of the non-Casio tool watches I've seen have been mechanical. If practicality and function was really the priority, wouldn't these higher end watch watches all be using quartz movements instead?

Damageless run of 2nd Boss (for studying boss strategies)

Spoiler tagged since new players won't know who this is yet.

Found out a lot of interesting interactions/tactics against Lizard. The most surprising ones:

  • Waves can be Deflected in the appropriate direction
  • Body Splash should be countered by running UNDER him, instead of away from him (he can hit you in midair as he falls if you try to run AWAY from him)
  • Bubbles got nerfed! It used to be like 3 hits
  • If you're a clash monster, this is not a great fight for you; Dodge is far more efficient.
  • Lizard has an anti-air grab if you try to jump at him when he's not in the middle of an attack.
  • If you're trying to perform stun-lock loops (Gally's Spirit Claw, etc), this is very difficult to get going in Phase 2 because the thorn walls will pop Overpressure burst. It can be effective during Phase 1 but that's the easy part.

I main Galandra so I'm certainly unaware of strategies/tactics with other chars.

How are you supposed to see Gambit's rolled die if it's visually covered?

Does anyone know what moves don't trigger Overpressure pop for stun loops?

I know that Galandra's Spirit Claw (using dash-loop technique), Cider's Slice & Dice (forward dash), and Brome's dash attack (dash-canceled) can infinitely keep Overpressured enemies in a stun loop, but curious to know if anyone else has discovered similar properties on other moves.
