Hi, I am a student in Ethiopia and I am interested in applying for MEXT, however I am a first year university student currently studying medicine. It has been about three months since we started. I couldn't apply for MEXT during high school because our school calendar is different and I wouldn't have finished high school by march last year. So can I apply and do I need the transcript, letter of recommendation and certificate of enrollment from the college I am currently in? Because there are no grades yet I cannot get a transcript and since I do not know the teachers I cannot get a letter of recommendation from them.
