Calorie intake on weekends

Hello everyone so I've been adjusting my calorie intake here and there as I lose weight. Recently I was told if I save a few calories throughout the weekdays I can "use them" on the weekend. Not sure if I believe that but I have adjusted my calorie intake for a daily 1950 and I am losing weight. All through this week though I have ate about 1700. That means I'm 750 under my normal deficit can I eat 2300 on a Saturday and still continue to deficit? Sunday will be a normal day 1950. I just want to know if "saving calories" is a thing and does it actually play into my deficet. Thank you very much.

Dose and effects

I've been on Reta now for 4 weeks and I'm pinning 1.5mg haven't felt anything at all. I do have these weird tasting/smelling burps but other than that I do not feel anything. I also haven't seen any weight drop which is disheartening I've been increasing my lifting and cardio yet nothing happens. I'm at a 1970 calorie deficit, I'm 33 y/o and 5ft 10in. I'm at 247lbs as of right now and I haven't seen any results on reta I'm going to reconstitute a new brand of reta and see if I feel anything on that brand. Help is appreciated

Hello everyone, I just started using retaturtide I'm not sure if my source is credible or if it's actually real reta. I bought a vial of retaturtide 10mg and my weekly dosage is at 1mg every Monday and I haven't felt anything as of 4/27/26. Is there any advice on where is a good source or if I'm doing it wrong? I'm a male who's 250lbs at 5ft 10in. I power lift as much as I can on daily basis and get over 16k steps a day. I'm also on a 1950 calorie deficit. Not sure if any of that will help justify what I'm asking but any advice or help is appreciated!!
