Calorie intake on weekends
Hello everyone so I've been adjusting my calorie intake here and there as I lose weight. Recently I was told if I save a few calories throughout the weekdays I can "use them" on the weekend. Not sure if I believe that but I have adjusted my calorie intake for a daily 1950 and I am losing weight. All through this week though I have ate about 1700. That means I'm 750 under my normal deficit can I eat 2300 on a Saturday and still continue to deficit? Sunday will be a normal day 1950. I just want to know if "saving calories" is a thing and does it actually play into my deficet. Thank you very much.
