For this color scheme without painting, you would need the first release of 1/144 RX-78F00 Gundam which has RX-78-2's color scheme along with Gundam High Mobility Type which has either RX-78-1 or G3's color scheme and RX-78-1's shoe armor. Then, you can simply take off the armor from either of the Gundam HMT and put it onto the Gundam with RX-78-2's color scheme.
