Anatomy scan

Anatomy scan

32 year Female, weight 202lbs, height 5’9, Currently 21w4d pregnant
Never smoked, no significant medical and surgical hx

Hi! I had my anatomy scan at 20w4 days and everything was normal except that there was a midline abdominal mass. Im quoting the report below.

- There is a midline abdominal wall mass measuring 1.94x0.9x0.73cm. This area appears to be superior to the ventral wall cord insertion and appears to be midline. It appears to be avascular. There is no feeding vessel appreciated. It appears to be homogeneous. Given proximity to ventral cord insertion, cannot rule out atypical omphalocele or gastroschisis or other umbilical hernia/ventral wall defect. This may represent a soft tissue mass such as a lipoma.
There does not appear to be vascularity, however, on the differential may also be a hemangioma.
At this time, differential remains broad, recommend fetal MRI and diagnostic testing.
Remaining fetal anatomy appears normal at this time.

MRI is scheduled but I had my amniocentesis done today and was able to get a picture of the mass as of today at 21w4days. I am attaching the picture below. What do you think it is?

My NIPT was low risk and Maternal AFP was negative.
Thanks

20 week scan abdominal mass

Hi everyone, looking for opinions/possible differential diagnoses regarding a fetal abdominal wall finding.

Current GA: 20w4d

Relevant history:

NT scan in first trimester showed mildly increased nuchal translucency (~98th percentile)

NIPT was low risk/normal

Follow-up scan at 16 weeks was normal

No other known anomalies so far

20w4d anatomy scan findings(as per MFM)

- There is a midline abdominal wall mass measuring 1.94x0.9x0.73cm. This area appears to be superior to
the ventral wall cord insertion and appears to be midline. It appears to be avascular. There is no feeding
vessel appreciated. It appears to be homogeneous. Given proximity to ventral cord insertion, cannot rule out atypical omphalocele or gastroschisis or other umbilical hernia/ventral wall defect. At this time, differential remains broad, recommend fetal MRI and diagnostic testing.
Remaining fetal anatomy appears normal at this time.

Fetal MRI is being scheduled and fetal echo is planned as follow-up.

My MFM said she hasn’t seen anything like this before so is unsure what it could be. I haven’t had amniocentesis yet but Im thinking about getting that done.

Would appreciate thoughts on differential diagnosis and whether anyone has seen similar isolated findings with normal genetic screening and otherwise normal anatomy. Thank you.

Hi!
So my husband has an uber ears accounts and usually does deliveries only when there are quests. We have one car only. I was thinking of making an account of my own and start doing the quests when available. We wont be sharing an account but would be sharing a car. Obviously only one of us would be doing deliveries at a time, like me in the morning and he at night.
Is it possible or does uber not allow that??

Sorry if it sounds dumb. We are both very new to this, have a baby on the way so a little extra money would help.

Thanks
