I have a unique situation, I have an assessment 8am and 6pm on the same day, however I have a commitment that night. I asked the UC for the 6pm assessment if I could move to a different class and he just told me to get a med cert and apply for spec con, rather than just moving me lol.

Will it be an issue that I sit an assessment in the morning then not sit the one at night? Will anyone at Monash even raise an eyebrow?

Hey y’all, slightly interesting conundrum.

Dad bought a BF Falcon from private seller in Queensland last year (~$7000), during the transit he got enough demerit points to suspend his license for 6 months. He then asked me if he could register it in my name so I could at least drive him to work in it to not add KMs to my car, which I was happy to do. Car has RWC and is registered now in my name.

Since he has gotten his license back he has averaged about 1 small speeding fine every 2 months and it’s just mildly annoying to receive the mail, tell him to pay it and nominate him, especially when he forgets and I get a reminder notice.

Is there any way around paying the motor vehicle duty fee + getting another RWC?

Edit: To the people saying he could have registered it, he thought that since he could not book an appointment in person it meant he was not allowed to register, he has apologised for not knowing that he could :/ Question still stands though what’s the cheapest way to transfer
