Just popped some new pads on this car about 2 weeks ago and everything was smooth sailing but now all of sudden I’m getting that familiar metal on metal noise but this time while I’m accelerating too not just braking. Any idea what this could be? I really hope it’s not a seized caliper. Also my rotor looks absolutely eaten through now big new shiny ridge
