Invisible stains

I have been dealing with fear of body fluids (mine or others) and especially with ones you can't fully see. I touched my dirty laundry ones and opened the door. Before I could wipe whatever is on the door, my mother unfortunately got to me first.

Left me with sheer anxiety- knowing what I touched despite spraying my hands off beforehand.

Some person once suggested to do the whole "if I don't see it" method where I just shrug it off since it's not even visible to me or anyone.

I feel guilty about how I treat my cats

A year or two ago, I had this issue where some aggressive stray cat would barge into my home and basically just terrorize my other cats. I eventually got fed up and bought a water gun for the sake of making sure there was a way for me to deter the stray cats from entering in.

Unfortunately, I used it a few times to deter my cats from entering my room since they like to huddle up in the entrance hoping to get in. I used to hit the floor (not them directly) and this causes them to part ways leaving room for me to get in. Another time would be me using some spray bottle that would let out some mist that deterred them as well.

Even if I did stop and, so far, it never changed my cats' behavior towards me since they still do huddle around the entrance and greet me as usual today, I still feel really guilty about it.

If it's not that, then it's me stomping my feet rapidly to get them off me. Today, I was carrying some basket filled with dirty laundry and I had to open the door. Unfortunately, my cat was getting in the way and was way too close for comfort near my pile of dirty laundry.

Not wanting to get him dirty, I tried to gently move him out of the way. This turned into me getting frustrated trying not to let him in the main house and also making sure he doesn't touch the laundry that I started stomping my feet rapidly hoping to make him back off.

I feel bad doing it since I know it causes them to get scared away and I have done this multiple times to either make them make space or do stop some dispute among other cats.
