So ever since i moved to a new house my dogs randomly stare off into space and start aggressively barking growling and whining like they’re in some type of trance. It happens daily , not at the same time every day but every day for sure . It also only happens in my bedroom , I’m starting to think there’s a spirit around or something. Idk i can’t think of any logical explanations . Anyone else’s dogs do this ?
hi everyone ! im posting to ask has anyone ever gotten the Lamictal rash and had to switch mood stabilizers? I'm diagnosed with bipolar 1. I was hospitalized for the rash and it was bad. Im currently still recovering and while that happens my psychiatrist decided to just up the dose of my antipscychotic for two weeks while the Lamictal leaves my system . Shes going to call me to check in on friday to see how im feeling mentally but the appointment where we discuss new med options is the week after so I was just curious , if youre on a mood stabilizer how are you liking it and did you start it after also getting the Lamictal rash? Im not interested in changing any of my other medication, Id like to solely focus on options for a new mood stabilizer.
also feel free to ask questions if you'd just like to know more and dont actually have any answers for me lol
TLDR: I had the lamictal rash and now id like to hear thoughts on what mood stabilizers your'e on and your experience with it. if you also has to switch from lamictal id like to hear about that too
im posting for some type of relief. just a little background:I was diagnosed with lupus is 2023 but symptoms started in 2022. up until march I only took plaquenil which gave minimum help . (my dermatologist had to call my rheumatologist and tell her I was being severely under treated ) Im now on methotrexate on top of the plaquenil (no noticeable changes yet) Im not sure when the atopic dermatitis appeared but in December is when it got way worse due to a different dermatologist having no clue what she was doing and gave me a cream which destroyed my skin barrier. Im now using Opzelura twice a day and using la roche posay cicaplast nightly which helps some but saying all of this to say I am in PAIN . my face is so red due to the malar rash ,my skin is itchy , burning ,and overall just looks horrible overall with tiny pestules and small dark patches. Has anyone been in my shoes and have some advice? aside from the pain its also affecting my self esteem. I just want to look and feel like myself again .

Hey guys , I’m curious about everyone’s timeline. I’m going into my jr year in the fall and I’m not sure when i should be taking the mcat . Should I want until most of my pre requisites are finished ? Should i be aiming for January 2027 , April 2027 , or January 2028? And how will these affect my timeline of applying to med school ?
