My meal for this evening

400gr of salmon and 30gr of butter, as simple as that!

Not the best fish choice but it's good to have sometimes :)

Wish you a nice day carnivors pals!

[WE HERE ONLY TALK OF THE GAME WHEN ITS OFFLINE]

my last nba 2k was the 18, I remember the team customization had like about 10 pages of included logo for personalized teams, is that improved over years or it still all the same stuff?

I think I already have my reply lol but let's see...

Is there some who eat a lot of offals?

I'm turning from keto to carnivor and so my meat intake is gonna up... I always loved offals over any other stuff but I ever restricted my consumption due to a fear of absorbing too much vitamins... I'm not sure of how risky it is to get over the recommandation with that stuff? Not every offals are that rich but for exemple we have the liver which is really high in vitamin A

Some experience with it?

[Meal] thinking i transit from keto to carnivore

I think I ll do the transition, today will be the first day I'll eat 0 veggies, still are a few elements of my diets which are vegetals but almost nothing...

I just cooked a full chicken into the water for about 2hours, that's looking incredible, I'm enthousiastic!

I were in keto for a while, I realize that my better feels meals are definitely the ones where I do not include vegetal stuff and above all veggies... it's crazy the quantity of shit you can end up to eat for nothing when you don't eat the what your body really needs... I were often about 300gr of veggies 2 times a day, these shits start to completely disgust me... I think I'm gonna convert to carnivor, however olive oil could be good to keep

Before keto and for many years I m used to eat flax seeds daily but over time I'm start to think about my consumption and think that maybe it's about as eating nothing... I don't really know if any of the omega 3 in it are well converted and I m also not anymore convinced that eating a lot of fiber is good for the body, so I tought I'd stop it... what's your opinion about these kind of stuff, like flax chia and anything like that...
