Can’t get wet

This is very embarrassing but I’m 21 now and since I was a teenager I have never been able to get wet no matter how aroused or relaxed I am. Even when I have an orgasm, masturbate, or have sex with amazing foreplay it’s just always dry. It’s made me super self conscious and makes me feel like something’s wrong with me. I don’t take any meds or have any significant mental health issues. I don’t like using lube because it gives me yeast infections and utis and I’ve tried all kinds of supplements and nothing has worked. Now I would say that I do experience strong urges to urinate and it’s very hard for me to hold urine in. I wonder if it could be my pelvic muscles, but I didn’t start experiencing this until like 3 years ago so I don’t think it’s the cause. I don’t know if I should go see a doctor or how I should even go about it but I would just like to feel normal 😣.

Stuttering and cluttered speech in ADHD

I’ve kinda always knew there was something off about my speech but I never was able to actually find an accurate term for it until today! In this clip I got off my ring camera, I was taking to my sister about how a low exam score I received was upsetting and boy did that sound crazy! I’ve always had a little stutter, I say little because I don’t speak with one all the time. My family always used to be so confused on what I was saying although it made sense to me. I experience the maze speech, revising what I say mid sentence, filler worlds, weird pauses when speaking, etc. It gets really bad when I’m nervous so I try my best to avoid social interactions. I honestly used to think I spoke like this because of my accent or because I needed to read more. There was also a time when my dad had mentioned that I speak like his sister, and he has moments where he stutters really bad, and my sister speaks really fast. I read that cluttered speech has a strong genetic connection. I also read that cluttered speech is associated with ADHD which is interesting because I was diagnosed about 3 years ago. Apart from all this, does anyone with ADHD or a strong cultural background experience cluttered speech? Did you go to speech therapy, and if so how did it help?
