Just finished the game
here's my end stats as a mage, the whole thing took me 44 amazing hours. I guess the next thing I can do is deathless run with melee/bow
Amazing remake, I really hope they will do gothic 2 remake, I'll throw my money on them immidietly.
I had very few bugs overall, the most annoying one was with milten being stuck in the undeground tunnel.
I was suprised that novice spells like fire arrow and cie arrow were usefull through the whole game where some higher level spells were so impractival and weak that I did not bother using them after 1 time.
Summons are also quite strong. Demon summon practically soloed the last boss with little help.

Motion designer vs Copywriter
I'm curious about your experience with this.
I work at an agency where the copywriters come up with ideas and scripts for clients. A lot of the time, when I look at a script for a 30 second video, it's just... too much text. Too much talking.
I end up having to speed up the VO and overlap sentences slightly just to fit everything in. And then someone goes, "Hey, can we add one more line here?"
Where? The VO is already talking non stop for the entire 30 seconds.
Sometimes it feels like they want the VO to explain absolutely everything that's already happening on screen, instead of letting visuals do part of the storytelling.
I once got into an argument with one of the copywriters about adding more dialogue to a piece that was already overloaded. While I was explaining why it wouldn't work, he literally turned around and walked away mid conversation lol.
