Mold on wood platform in closet unit

My coils are frozen and the unit will be replaced in the next few days. The wood platform supporting the unit is wet and has started to grow what appears to be a small amount of black mold although it's possible it is dirt. It's hard to get close enough to tell. I guestimate that the frozen coils have been causing a moisture problem/dripping for less than a month and more than a week.

What should I do now while waiting for the AC instillation to occur, and what should I make sure is done to the platform before the new AC is installed to minimize mold issues?

Note that I live in Texas and it is hot, but I can probably survive a few days without AC.

Older Bryant System Won't Cool When Cold Front Arrives

I have a 15+ year old Bryant Evolution system in Texas where the peak temperature during the day has been in the 90s. Whenever a cold front moves in and it rains, it blows warm humid air and runs continuously. I'm assuming that a big temperature drop over a short period of time is causing the malfunction. Eventually it will start cooling again. Sometimes it takes a few hours, other times it take overnight. I have been shutting the system down, going through the restart process which requires clicking through the reset menu and running the pressure check and then I turn the temp up high so it can catch its breath for lack of better term.

I often get a malfunction warning even if the unit is working, and maintenance guy has looked at it on two occasions and can't figure it out. The malfunction indicates a low pressure warning. The system seems to continue to work when I get these notices if there isn't a cold front.

Why is there red dye on organic grape tomatoes

If you place the tomatoes in a bowl and fill the bowl with water, and swish the tomatoes in the water, the water will turn red. This is not a fluke, it happens with every little carton. It takes a couple times of draining the water and repeating before the water is clear.

Are these really organic? And why add dye?

Solo 401k Roth Conversion

I own multiple sole proprietorship companies. I currently have a solo 401k at Fidelity under one of the companies. I also have a Roth IRA and a few small traditional IRAs. I would like to do two things:

(1) have an updated solo 401k plan that can accept contributions from multiple companies. instead of just one; and

(2) be able to use some of the money currently in the solo 401k to convert into my Roth IRA. Important to note that I do not have any post-tax IRA contributions other than my Roth IRA. All of the money that could possibly be converted from the solo 401k or traditional IRA is pre-tax.

Here is my plan, all done within Fidelity:

(1) Terminate the current solo 401k;

(2) Transfer the assets to a new IRA account;

(3) Open up a new Solo 401k in the name of multiple companies; and

(4) Transfer a portion of the new IRA account assets into the new Solo 401k, and keep some of the assets in the new IRA so that I can convert those assets into my Roth IRA over time, knowing that the conversion will require me to pay ordinary income taxes on the conversion amount.

Does this sound right? Is there a better way?

Thanks
