So, I guess I have a type. The emotionally immature but love bombing sensitive guy who ends up being avoidant at the end instead of talking and working things out like grownups.

Just after my separation, I dated a man who broke up with me 3 times out of the blue. He was all about love bombing and obsessed with us moving in together, and then bam! Out of nowhere he’d pull this crap. I FINALLY got a clue and moved on after the third time, but I admit to taking it very hard. I hadn’t dated in 30 years, so I thought I learned a lesson.

And yesterday, my latest boyfriend of 8 months, who had already chosen our wedding date and was so ‘sure’, had a hysterical meltdown and broke up with me. I admit, I had called him out for becoming more lax about sticking to his word and I was feeling less important. But literally the day before he was talking marriage stuff once again and spending our lives together.

And yes, this guy had also broken up with me out of the blue several months ago. He came crawling back begging for a second chance and I ridiculously gave in.

Thank my lucky stars these guys show their true colors before things actually move forward past the bullshit talking stage!

So I need to change up my attraction to the sensitive broken guys. Please send help!
