Medi-Cal Reporting

I'm a freelancer in CA and have been on Medi-Cal since before I started freelancing. I hadn't reported change in income because I made under $6k my first year (2025) and currently make about $1500/month before taxes. I honestly misunderstood reporting requirements and thought it was based on post-tax income and needed to be reported only if it exceeded the threshold.

My renewal period is up and I got a notice of termination at the end of the month because my previous income documents were apparently not detailed enough. I'm trying to report everything accurately now that I understand reporting requirements properly, and have submitted new documents (2025 tax return, sworn statement, letter explaining misunderstanding, etc). I am on psych meds that would honestly be devastating to have to stop cold-turkey (one is over $1k/month without coverage).

I guess I'm not sure if I am at risk of losing my coverage or being penalized over my own fuck up? I mean, I still came nowhere close to the threshold and my current income is still below it, so it isn't like I went over and tried to intentionally defraud the system. However, if this puts me at risk of losing my coverage, I need to start looking for new plans like yesterday and seeing if my providers even accept whatever new plan I would end up with.

Suggested size (36D/DD) band is too big based on what I've been wearing

Measurements in inches:

Loose Underbust: 37

Snug Underbust: 35.5

Tight Underbust: 33

Standing Bust: 40.5

Leaning Bust: 41

Lying Bust: 39.5 (had a little trouble doing this so I'm not 100% on this one, I am currently recovering from a shoulder injury so the angle was hard)

Projected with a slightly wide root, or at least wide set, shape is where I lose confidence a bit haha.

I had previously tried a couple bras in 36D and they would ride up and just didn't fit snug enough. Tried a 34DD last week in a store and the band was a bit too tight on the loosest hook. Is my best bet here a 34 band with a non-stretch extender? If so, what would cup size be best for the sister size? I pulled US sizing but I'm open to UK sizing as well, brands, whatever info will help me get a good fit in both size and style. Thank you!
