I'm torn, I want to lose weight but been working out consistently and can actually see my body composition changing, gaining some muscle definition but I know the downside will be gaining weight. I'm kidding ya'll, I feel great and I'm happy with the way things are going. Been on Tirz @ 3mg for almost 3 months now and I've lost about 39lbs.
Hey everyone, just wanted to share a quick update on my journey so far since starting on April 12th, 2026.
The Stats:
Age/Sex: 40M
SW: 232 lbs
CW: 192.5 lbs
Total Loss: 39.5 lbs
Current Dose: 3mg
Dosing Strategy:
I did the standard 2.5mg in the beginning and lost weight fairly quickly, After 4 weeks, I moved up to 3mg instead of jumping straight to 5mg, and I’ve stayed there ever since. It has been the absolute sweet spot for me—steady weight loss and great appetite suppression without any major side effects.
New Habits:
About a month ago, I started incorporating resistance band exercises at home. I wanted to make sure I was protecting muscle mass while losing weight, and it’s been a massive help for my strength and energy levels.
Dropping nearly 40 lbs in less than three months has completely changed the game for me. If you’re just starting out or experimenting with smaller dose steps, trust the process! Happy to answer any questions.

I'm currently on 3mg, take my dose every Friday. The food suppression is no joke, I've started incorporating resistance training going on 3 weeks now and I feel great but have noticed the food noise creeping up on me at times but I assume it's because of working out and my body needed more energy. Note: I'm down 40lbs and starting to see changes in my body composition. 💪
Anyone taking NAD+ if so how is it? Notice a difference or is it working for yall?

My goal weight is 185 to 190lbs, my question is once I get to that goal then what? The obvious start would be tirtrating down to a maintenance dose but what's everyone's process? Tia

Started Turz 2.5mg 04/12/2026 weighing in at 232lbs, currently I'm at 198.6lbs (06/14/2026) best decision and I feel great!! 💪
