anybody know how I can strip this back down to bare denim? this is a pair of converse luggs.. I wanted to paint them but got frustrated and painted over, now I just want to *start over* entirely.

Anybody have an idea how I can strip this down to bare denim? I saw people saying to use rubbing alcohol, is that true? Will it help that much? (I don't use reddit so the pic is in replies)
