Subclass levels are standard 3, 6, 14

Level 3: bad jokes: you live to insult and cut down the foes with words sharper than their blades. You can spend a Inspiration dice dealing psychic damage to a foe within 30 ft and line of sight to you, whenever they make an attack against you or an ally. And beside that, mental damage at your bad joke, they have disadvantage now on the attack. To use this power and deal extra damage you MUST DELIVER ONE BAD JOKE OR INSULT to the foe At THE TABLE!! This is your chance to role play for a bonus. If you do a joke Instead of just declare power give an bonus 1d4 damage!

Level 6: My GODS how have ya survived by your wits alone?!?

You get to insult any for you can see within line of sight at 60ft of your words and deal 2 Inspiration dice in psychic damage to that foe and boost 1 ally with advantage for their next attack roll. This is an action power to use. And if you deliver any insult or joke aloud like BAD JOKES POWER, your granted an extra 1d4 in bonus damage.

Level 6: superior knowledge: gain 3 new skills and one new feat! Through your training to be better then the idiots around you. Your punk that way!!

Level 14: BLOODY HELL!! : Give yourself an advantage on the next roll disadvantage to any number of goes you can see within 30 ft of your line of sight! This costs one action and will deal 3 inspiration dice in healing to you and two dice in damage to each foe hit by targeted flurry of insults ranging from how their mothers NEVER loved them, to how their looks SLIGHTLY better then the steak being mauled by wolfs! once more if given out loud at the table give yourself an extra 1d4 in healing and share that bonus only with your whole team!
