Hi, so I come here for brand recommendations so I thought I would put my experience on here. So I ordered some color sample cards from rhinestones Unlimited yesterday. Today they called me to tell me that one of the cards was gonna be on backorder till Friday-ish. They were asking if it was OK to hold my order till then so it can all be shipped out together. I just thought this was a really good customer service. I know plenty of companies that wouldn’t take the time to contact their customer to make sure it was OK. And another thing is after I place the order I was like crap. I should’ve ordered something else with the order, but I didn’t wanna pay shipping for another order so I decided not to order it. Well, when she called, I asked if I could add that item to the order and she was able to add it for me and I wouldn’t have to pay double shipping. Hopefully this makes sense. I feel like great customer service is rare nowadays so I just wanted to give them a shout out.

I was talking to my best friend who just moved to a different state and is at a new studio. Her new studio says you are not allowed to keep your costume at the end of the year and they will “buy it back” from you for half the price you paid. This is mind blowing to me because they are charging them for costumes that have already been used and then making them give them back and keeping a chunk of the money. And on top of it they are paying $100 more than what my studio does for their costume fee. And I get to keep my costume!! But maybe this is normal. So let’s take a poll-

The studio paid off the costume the first time they had it made and then using it year after year the studio is just pocketing that extra money. My friends daughters team has 40 girls on it. After the buy back the studio keeps $150. That's an extra $6,000 they are pocketing. And that's just one team.

Hi! Be nice. I don’t know anything about Nintendo switch’s. 🤣 my son lost his Mario galaxy game card and he really wants to play the game. I know this is a long shot but is there anyway to download the game without having to buy it again? It shows up on the screen with all the games he has but it (obviously) says we need to insert the game card. My son is 5 so I normally buy the games in the shop on the switch but his grandma bought him Mario galaxy game card and it of course got lost. Hahaha any advice would be great! Thank you!!
