Title, I've always been a huge fan of Necrons in general and just saw that there was a huge announcement of WH40K stuff, it's a little overwhelming so I figured I'd ask here, are there any new upcoming games or expansions/DLC that let you play as or with Necrons? Preferably with some co-op involved but not necessary, appreciated!

Title, wanting to pick up the game with a friend but they live pretty far away (europe & canada), how noticeable is the game at 150-250 ping (in most games anyway)?
