Someone pls Help me with my Fill tool. Even lasso Fill tool.

I have ensured that my lines art connected and have no space to bleed. The 2 fill tools in always work like this. The Lasso Fill tool who everyone calls their favorite, has never once worked for me, looking at the way it behaves. Please help me out. Note my layers are Raster layer.
