I want to get a buzz to reset my hair, but my forehead is massive

My hair has been damaged, and I want to try reset it, I’ve been delaying on it for a long time because my forehead is massive, and I have acne on my forehead, I wanted something like frenchies buzzcut from the boys, but my forehead will probably make it look bad, I want your advice on what haircut I should get to try reset my hair and what wouldn’t make me look stupid

Please help, how do I make my hair less frizzy

My sides and back are decent but my front hair is frizzy, I have 2a/b hair but for some reason the hair closest to my hairline is like 3c I don’t know why, it could be because I used to have a tapered hsirline and brushed it down alot but I don’t know, how do I return it back to 2a/b and make it less frizzy, or do I have to reset completely. Please help
