Even trying to have a basic conversation over there results in insults and toxic remarks. Seems this one is much better run.

Buyers just falsely stating item not as described when I can prove full metal and stone content. What do people think they are going to get on a shoe lace budget that is still authentic??? Especially with gold prices being what they are?? Yet ebay either just gives them the item and a refund and shafts me, or just a refund and shafts me. How does this make sense for buyers to stay long term and not just build their own outlet or further utilize others? I'm sure the issue is the scale I am currently working at but jeez returns on "big" items like this when funds for restock are already spent hurts. At the end of the day its another lesson towards building my businesses, but it can be very frustrating.
