As I said in the title my main requirements are great battery life with 5g and above average camera but I have to make the sacrifice either camera or battery life I intend to use this phone for 3, 4 years so any advice would be appreciated.

Issue:
CPU now hits 95-100°C while gaming (used to be 85-90°C). GPU is 85-87°C. After recent service (CPU reballing + new thermal paste), temps are still high. Light tasks show 50-60°C.
Checked:
Fans OK (~6000 RPM)
Vents clean
BIOS updated
Used on hard surface
Questions:
Is 100°C normal for this CPU?
Could the paste job be bad?
Possible heatsink/vapor chamber issue?
Anything else to check before repair?
Any input appreciated.
