RM1000x whine.
This is my 3rd RMA replacement with the same whining issue.This one is even worse than the previous one. I keep hearing low pitched 'zzzzzz' noise while the system sits idle as well as while gaming it doesn't matter the noise is always there.i have checked everything, disconnected all the appliances in my house,tried by passing the inverter completely,nothing worked.I have been using Corsair psu for almost a decade now which is why I wanted to stick to Corsair and never thought about this. I have seen people talking about e series having coil whine and weird noises but the X series r often praised for better quality and silent Operation which is why I went with this psu but it seems quite opposite of which I have seen on the internet. Recently I have been noticing people complaining about the whining issue on the X series as well. I mean what's going on? Is this QC issue or something or is it just new normal now? Kinda disappointed.
After sales service was very good as expected but the issue is back to back 3 replacement units have more or less the same issue. The first unit I bought originally was an 850x, I was very happy when I received a brand new 1000x instead,but then I discovered the noise on this one as well.
