Have been wondering this for awhile.

Do you think that guy was an actual Vampire or was he just some insane person?

He lacks all the classic vampire weaknesses so you would think he is just a crazy guy but then again paranormal things do exist in the Red Dead world after all, so it would feel kinda odd to claim him being a real vampire was far from likely.
