I most the time go for dex and fast weapons like dagger, but those rune blades that scales with mag makes a wonderful build for forma too! The stagger builds up fast too!
For some reason, 90% of the AOE attacks missed those three.

Like The ost feels like shit is at stake, the surreal ost of certain stages, the atmosphere. You can actually feel the defiant breath of a dying world trying to stay alive.
Like every fight has weight, every win and loss has a consequence.
You can hear and feel the Bosses in the ost.
The heart wrenching feeling of having to face them. Their agony. But the Hope that their suffering will end.

For me its probably the alternate veil types and new weapons and spells, Been looking at a few pictures that have been shown and im interested in seeing what we have.

This boss is just a bit much, really cool boss fight, but I’ve died like 20 or 30 times here.
Almost ten of those are because of her glide attack, not because of lack of dodging it, but because it can somehow hit you when you are behind her, and then she glides over and kills my partner, taking us both out at the same time. It has zero telegraphing.
And she just does so much damage, can nearly one shot us with some of her moves.
Another thing, healing is soo slow, by the time I finish trying to heal half the time I get hit by something else, negating the heal or putting me even lower than before, also healing in this game is so low? I only heal like 300 something hp? Hardly enough.

I saw Valentin slander the other day and I realized Code Vein slander has the potential (heh) to be the funniest thing ever. I might have to make another one for Silva and Lavinia.
So I'm going through my first playthrough and was just looking at some general stuff to grab for a mage build(i loved Bayonet caster in code vein 1). I saw something about the "missable" blood codes. I was wondering if it was indeed possible to get all of them in one go, and also if I did do whatever it took to do that would I miss out on story stuff? Or would all the interactions be available.
Hey, I’m trying to platinum Code Vein, and so far I only need 2 more playthoughs and 4 blood codes that I’m missing. The big problem is the trophy where I need those 400 items (don’t know the name from my head). I got 3 or 4 so far for playing through the depths, but I think with multiplayer it should be a lot quicker. I haven’t read myself that much into it, but in theory you should get 3 items per one depths map, because of the 3 bosses (sometimes 4). If someone would be down helping me achieve level 30 in the multiplayer, I would be really thankful. Y’all have a nice day!
You don't get to keep the Customer Tokens that expand Jadwiga's shop going into NG+.
I get that they're key items, but come on! They're not story related and in NG+ everything is expected to be top of the line too! PLEASE patch the game so that this is fixed! Okay, I still had mine from the first run. Still, we don't need another, right? So maybe disable purchasing them again?
Also, the bequeathed formae should probably be replaced by big haze items since there's literally no reason to have a secondary one (can't be modified outside of increased damage). Just a thing I'd like after having it happen in Wuchang Fallen Feathers.
EDIT: Oh, yeah, having the database reset going into NG+ is also quite annoying. Already saw the story, right? No reason to lose that unless you're streaming a NG+ run and hiding spoilers.

Bought the game at launch because I wanted to support the devs but held off on playing after reading about some issues. Would you guys say it’s in a good spot to play now that things that could realistically be fixed/adjusted were or is it better to wait for the dlc patch?
