Are overnight stays necessary?

My 5 yr old Doberman is a carrier for Von Willebrands (14%). Vet recommended after her laparoscopic spay to stay overnight for monitoring any potential bleeding. How necessary is this? I understand it's a precaution but is it something I could do at home with her? I'm a worry wart so I won't sleep anyway. How necessary would it be to have her stay with them overnight versus staying up and monitoring her myself overnight? Just wondering how often post surgery bleeding actually happens for these more sensitive scenarios.

Fast remedies for intense reflux?

I was diagnosed with EoE in December after a endoscopy. I'm on omeprezole daily which is helped a lot. What feels randomly (I know it's not) I get a flare up of HORRIBLE reflux almost always at night (laying down). I'll take Pepcid, drink probably too much Maalox and lay up right turned on my left side. I'll still feel the burning in my throat, chest tightness is hit or miss.

Any quick remedies to help this? Obviously ate something triggering but the insane burning is intense and keeps me up.

I just leased a 2026 mustang. I haven't gotten a vehicles tinting done in forever. I just want basic tint since I don't own, I'm in Michigan as well. Anyone have a price range they could give me for 5 windows no front windshield? Not looking to get scammed.
