1st, what's the best place to buy second hand motorcycles?

2nd,is it okay to change to a different engine oil? I used motul 3100 15w50 and planning to try use motul 7100 I just for a change to see it's changes anything ( please give insight if have any)

3rd,what's the cheapest way to upgrade abit of performance for lc135 v2? Like nothing crazy just a simple cheap one, but it can be felt
