Will a new Office Chair help with my chronic pain?

I've dealt with reoccurring pain in areas below my lower half for years now. I attribute this mostly to bad posture, but I have been trying to improve said posture for a couple years now.

My pain is sharp in a few areas, it changes every time it "pops up". Just one of my legs will hurt, usually in the rear thigh or calf. My lower back will commonly hurt a few inches above my tailbone. My hip flexors will hurt most commonly.

I used to sit cross-legged, as it felt the most comfortable for my body, but I have stopped doing that for the last couple of years. I try to keep my feet flat on the floor and my back pressed against the backrest fully.

I feel like there might be a problem with my chair. I feel like it isn't ergonomic at all. There is hardly any cushion, there might be too much space on the seat, and it doesn't support my lower spine at all.

Could a new chair be the right direction in preventing future pain? I had a few chairs in the price range ~$200, but I know the really good ones are 1k+, I just can't afford that.

Main problem

Because my cast speed is so high, and I pay with life instead of mana (especially with rathpith), I cannot sustain making use of my cast speed investment and I feel like I am "bottle-necked" by my life regeneration. I need help figuring out how to sustain my cast speed in order to facilitate my DPS.

Also, taking any amount of chaos damage while I am casting is usually a death sentence.

Build: https://maxroll.gg/poe/pob/j110as0t

Details

Greater Spell Echo used to handle this issue. But recently with a large cluster jewel craft of mine, and some other upgrades, my cast speed is just far too high to sustain the amount of life spent.

I would rather not lower my cast speed as that directly entwines with my damage output.

Things I am currently working on:

  • I JUST today bought mageblood. I'm transitioning to it, which means I am going to change half my build to suit it. Since Mageblood takes care of my resistances, I have a lot more wiggle room and I will be able to easily cap the last bit of % to my chaos res.
  • I am looking to add another large cluster jewel to the build. It might be the same thing if I can sustain even more cast speed, but it might be something different if I can't.
  • Soon I will replace my +max fire res jewels with stacking max life and crit multi.

This is my first league, so apologies if I miss something obvious. What changes would you make to the build and why? Thanks.
