My poor dog had a “hot spot” but now it’s spreading. He is PETRIFIED of the cone and I don’t know what to do. We went to the ER today and she said it was hot spots that are infected but how is it spreading everywhere? She gave us antibiotics and allergy medicine for 7 days but he is not himself and I’m worried I’m going to lose him? Any advice or suggestions?!

Ive had this pimple like bump for over a year. It never really bothered me except when I try to pop it from time to time. Very little blood comes out and it burns but then it just raises a little and gets hard and never goes away. I don’t understand. It is a bad trouble spot acne wise or skin cancer? Any advice?
