Can you start carnivore while 14 weeks pregnant or will the hormonal shift hurt the baby or potential cause a miscarriage?

So like the title says I’m 14 weeks pregnant and I’m thinking about getting back on the carnivore diet. I was on the carnivore diet when I became pregnant with my baby but because of morning sickness and food aversions I switched back to a worse way of eating but as of the last couple of weeks my nausea and aversions seem to have settled down. I would definitely like to go back to carnivore now that the thought of meat doesn’t have me gagging. I’m just worried that the hormonal changes might not be healthy for the baby. I had a miscarriage last year and I’ve been really worried about doing something that might cause another one. Also I have hypothyroidism and am currently taking a higher than normal dose of Levothyroxine because of my pregnancy. I’m not sure if carnivore would affect that in any way either.

How am I supposed to feel/ what am I supposed to say in this situation?

So I took my 1 year old son to the store with me so I could grab a few things I needed for a party. A random man comes over to me and looks over at my son. He said “awwww what an adorable baby girl you have there”, while he reached over and lightly patted his cheek. I thought to myself that this man is weird and who the heck touches someone else’s baby like that. But I’m not a confrontational person so I just smiled and said “He’s a boy and thank you I definitely think so too.” As soon as I mentioned that my son was a boy the man drew his hand back like he just touched something hot then he gives my son a dirty look. Like what the heck???? I have no idea what happened and I didn’t know what to say so I just looked at him with what had to have been a super confused look and he just walked away. My son was dressed in a plain red shirt and some jean shorts which I guess is gender neutral but other than that I don’t think he looks anything like a girl. Either way that man had some serious issues!!!!

My doctor wants to increase my Levothyroxine since I found out I’m pregnant

So just earlier today I found out I’m pregnant which is really exciting for me because I recently had a miscarriage 7 months ago and have been trying to get pregnant again. I informed my Endocrinologist to see if she wanted me to stop taking my other medication (naltrexone) which she said no to. But for some reason she said that she wants me to increase my Levothyroxine to two pills on the weekends. This is very odd to me especially because I take 150 mcg and to go from 150 to 300 is quite a big fluctuation. So naturally I googled it and googled said it’s highly unusual and could be dangerous to the baby. Now my thyroid doctor is also my weight loss doctor and she has been against the idea of me getting pregnant for a while because it will interfere with my weight loss process. I’m sure this isn’t the case but is it possible she’s trying to cause me to have another miscarriage? I’ve decided not to increase my meds until I speak with a prenatal specialist. I have an appointment set up in a month. Am I making the right choice or is what my doctor asked normal?
