I realize & understand that so many are tired of dosage questions, but I really would appreciate some help here.
So, I'm making the transition from Zepbound to compound and wanting to go from Zep 7.5 to 9. I did the math, used Fat Scientist - yet am questioning if I did it correctly. My concern is after loading the amount into the syringe, it seems to have used close to half the vial contents. Am I eyeing the vial contents correctly - or have I gotten my calculations wrong? It's from Hallandale Pharmacy.
Thanks in advance for any guildance you could offer me.
I've been on namebrand Zepbound with good results since November 2025. Titrated up as needed. These past 6 weeks, however, I hit a stall. Had been considering going the compounded route not only for costs but to be able to titrate up at lower levels, not set ones.
So, this Monday, frustrated at yet another no-loss week, I decided it was time to go up. I still have 6 vials of Zep 7.5 with a BUD of 12/27 & am unable to order 10 mg for another 3 weeks, plus I wanted to see how I do on 9 mg. I hopped onto the Big Easy Weight Loss new site hoping to, maybe, be able to do an increase in 2 weeks, if it all went through smoothly.
I placed my intake & request on Tuesday, May 26th. Process was easy & I encountered no glitches.
I was pleasantly surprised to get a Fedex message that my order will arrive tomorrow. New patient, the company's new ordering system & it took only 5 days. Thrilled I can start my new regime this Sunday instead of waiting 2-4 weeks as I had thought.
