Replacing basement carpet with LVP-CORETEC FIDALGO OAK. Appreciate feedback on quote and any other input

Just want to make sure all seems accurate. Finally picked out the sample for use. Going with a CORETEC FIDALGO OAK VV024-00715 ORIGINALS CLASSICS. Our garage enters the home through a basement which leads to upstairs main floor. The space is 11x 25 and currently has carpet on the ground with carpet leading up to the main floor. Below quote is to remove the carpet, and replace with LVP. Appreciate any tips or suggestions as well as quote feedback. If accurate I am planning to confirm next week as friendly communication thus far.
Initial shock at the cost of stairs, also just want to make sure QTY is accurate along with pricing. As well as underlayment is proper as i want to make sure this is done well to avoid any future issues.
