Hurricane Lala Update

Hawaii customers, we continue to assess damage to our network caused by Hurricane Lala. Our service interruptions are largely aligned with power outages impacting the area. We have already started to make the necessary repairs to our network wherever we have access, and it is safe for our employees to do the work.

We have hundreds of dedicated maintenance and field operations technicians who are working to restore services as soon as possible.

We've opened nearly 3,000 Spectrum WiFi access points across Hawaii to help the community stay connected.

Tropical Storm Lala

Hawaii customers- we're actively monitoring weather conditions ahead of Tropical Storm Lala, which is expected to bring high winds and tropical storm conditions to your area. We are staging crews now so we can respond as quickly as possible.

We work closely with local power companies, and if you lose power, they will have the best information. Once power is restored, and conditions are safe, our techs will work quickly to restore any affected services.
