Soooo is it back up yet? Are we allowed to use sick time? I know things happen.. but this happens too often

I absolutely love making sourdough items. Truly, it’s become my passion. But I know I’m not the only one. There’s so many now in Cumming that bake & sell. I’d love to do that, but trying to stand out from everyone else is hard-plus, I don’t want to step on anyone else’s toes either. Input/opinions/thoughts?

We only get 10mins to do these damn FF’s & you’re expecting us to make it a knockout. WTF. This is RUINING my efficiency. Don’t use the AI note, but yes only use a little from the note. If it’s such a problem, then do a company wide training so we can see wtf we’re doing wrong. 10mins isn’t enough. I’m sorry. 11.5 - 12 I think is more reasonable. But am I thinking? Our opinions don’t matter.

I’m sure yall are with me on this. We need more time for notes if they want us to personalize them more. After someone picks from preview we get 3mins?! FF are supposed to really draw them in & keep them engaged & coming back-give us more time. I feel like 12-15min per Fix would be appropriate. Maybe it’s just me.

Anyone else getting emails about first Fixes? I can’t tell if these are an official warning or not…

Still unable to follow up with an endocrinologist (trying to get an appointment is tough)-but I’m wondering if anyone had this-1cm nodule & was diagnosed with Hashimotos?

I haven’t been diagnosed-but I think that’s where it might be headed (doctor has mentioned this or Graves’ disease). I got an ultrasound done on my thyroid & there was a nodule-TR4 score. My Thyroglobulin Ab was 44.17. Everything else pretty normal. I’m so tired, body hurts, hair falling out-I guess I’m looking for support, advice, something that I’m not crazy here. Thanks. 37yrs old
