How many days of annual leaves + other leave benefits do you get?

How many days of annual leave + other leave benefits do you get in your present/past companies?

In general, how many days of leave will you keep in "safety" in case you need to resign? (so that you can take leaves during notice period).

Some companies offer unlimited annual leave, do you believe in unlimited annual leave?

Some companies offered leave-in-lieu for PH that falls on Saturday on the following Monday, some credit them in annual leave, which is your preferred option?

Some companies offers AM/PM half day leave, do you personally prefer AM/PM? Some companies do not offer half day leave though.

Any encashment of leave possible or can you carry forward unutilised annual leave to the following years? For how many days?

Would like to hear from you thanks for sharing...

For those who are in their 40s/50s, is it common to find out that fresh grad/new hire got paid better than your current salary? (assuming same role/job category)

For those who are in their 40s/50s, is it common to find out that Fresh Grad/new hire got paid better than your current salary? Granted that their entry pay is probably higher than your entry pay.

Bus routes in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor before 1998 (before Indrakota and Park May acquired the routes from bus operators)

Hi I am thinking of compiling a list of all city bus routes for KL and Selangor area before 1998, ie. before Indrakota and Park May acquired all the routes from bus operators and consolidate the routes.

Those of us who have been through the 1980-1990 era, can help out and fill up the missing pieces? Thanks.

I will write down what I remember based on my memory, feel free to add on/amend, thanks so much.

By bus company name:

  1. Srijaya
  2. Foh Hup
  3. Toong Fong
  4. KL-Klang
  5. Selangor Bas (still operating with reduced routes.)
  6. Len Bus
  7. Len Seng
  8. Len Chee
  9. Metro Bas
  10. Bus Mini Wilayah
