I'm in the UK. I placed an order 2 days ago but my order is still showing as being processed. Is this unusual? Normally when I place an order it gets dispatched on the same day or the following day the latest.
Contacted customer service but haven't heard anything back yet.

Todd’s artefact is The Unreleased Scroll, a blank parchment that grants the reader perfect certainty that news is imminent. Its enchantment is permanent. Every time the prophecy fails, the reader simply changes the date.
