I’m just curious, it seems there are a lot of different timelines for when patients begin PT. I received my first session before discharge from the hospital. I was also instructed to call before my surgery and set up a PT appointment for 3 days after my surgery.
Edited to add; my surgery was performed in Princeton, West Virginia, USA

RTKR on 6/16. Tomorrow will be 12 weeks and I suddenly feel like myself again. Today I mowed grass for the first time since my surgery. My knee was unfazed. I went on to have a normal pre-surgery day of activity. The most uncomfortable feeling I have right now is the ick of my jeans against my incision scar. I have been so miserable and convinced I had made a terrible mistake.
