After 8 months my parents c6k 55" developed clear dirty marks inside the panel.

It's still in warranty but fuck TCL customer care sucks in India, their site forum is broken, both customer care no. dont work, no actual TCL store I can walk into.

Last resort is a straight email that I've sent. Any other way I might have luck claiming warranty?

C7K india, I'm on version V509 which seems way older than everybody else.

what does the service update do?

Also if I update via drive are the new versions better in HDR, brightness or color reproduction?
