[Loved Trope] Legendary actor stars in schlock, chews scenery

Raul Julia - Street Fighter - The patron saint of this trope, Julias performance is not phoned in at all, and worthy of at least one watch.

Dennis Hopper - Waterworld - Anytime Deacon is on screen, Hopper is making him memorable in some way.

Jeremy Irons - Profion - Irons isn't chewing scenery, he is absolutely devouring it with each and every word. And it's clear he know what he's doing.

Anime movie from the 80s or 90s. A serial bomber is blowing up the city and a detective looks for him and finds his sister. The only thing I remember is the finale is on a train and the hero discovers the wire to cut on the bomb is by the villains sisters panty color.
