Is this THE dress?

I’ve had this dress in my closet for quite some time. I found it at a resale shop in LA years ago.

The only photo that I can find of a dress that looks like it in a reverse image search online seems to come from this article.

Does it seem like it’s the dress in the photo and, if not, does it seem like a legitimate Valentino?

P.S. I forgot to include the picture of the tag but it says: RN 68596 CA31127 70% SILK
30% POLYESTER
MADE IN
CHINA/ FABRIQUE EN CHINE

[TX] Am I getting screwed over by landlord?

The air conditioning handler started leaking into the bedroom next to it (so much so that it’s warped the boards on 1/3 of the room).

They are finally having people come to replace the entire unit (inside and out), but they aren’t actually addressing the water damage within the handler closet. Nor are they concerned that the unit was full of mold or about the moisture issues in the other room.

Is this usual to just leave things as is or should I push back harder?

( Austin, TX )

EDIT: It doesn’t sound like they have any plans to move forward with any sort of remediation or addressing the moisture issues. (I had to push just to get a dehumidifier.) They said that it will just take time to dry out on its own

Need contractor wisdom - should this be handled better?

Central Texas

I’m struggling to identify this guy…

- approx 3.5 ft tall
- no hairy stems
- no purple splotches on stems
- has the little “tutu” underneath

Just wanting to sure it isn’t a hemlock concern 😅

It would be amazing if there were a list of natural fiber bras that are structured and suitable for larger busts!

The two brands that I’m super curious about it are Lacy Linen (100% linen) and Julie May (silk + cotton), but I’m sure there must be some others out there too.

I’d love to hear your recommendations… 🌿

P.S. I know I know, natural fibers aren’t touted as suitable in the world of brassieres, but for those of us who wear all natural fibers there’s got to be some options!
