Is this active Seb Derm or Dry Skin?

Hey guys,

Is this seb derm or dry skin? I’ve been using Nizarol creme daily on the area and nothing seems different. Been using just short of 3 weeks now.

I’ve got some pics before I jumped in the shower and after I had a shower. I used Nizarol shampoo on the area.

Thanks

I keep waking up every morning with dry skin or flaky skin as per the pictures. I’ve tried to use moisturiser, specifically hydration station for a week say and night followed by Squalane oil but I still wake up with the same skin. I also stopped hydration station as it was giving me loads of little white heads.

I’ve not used a cleanser or wash for a week and have been doing water only to try and see if that helps.

Anyone have any ideas? It’s frustrating.
