Ping terrarium

Finally got around doing a small terrarium for my pings. I love how the moss wall came out, it holds moisture great so I'm not too worried about it drying out too fast. The dragon stone doesn't seem to wick water at all so might just take that out. Cant wait to see them grow into the space

I have an 8x8x8” rimless tank that I think could make a nice little terrarium for my pings. Right now I have around 25 of them spread across three bowls and some individual pots, and I’d love to consolidate most of them into one setup to save space.

I know it’s a pretty small tank, so I’m wondering how realistic that is. I was thinking of doing a sloped layout to maximize ground space, and possibly adding a background wall to mount a few pings vertically. I also have some dragon stone I could incorporate into the design.

Has anyone done something similar, or have suggestions on how to make the most of the space without overcrowding?

I have a couple wet specimens that have been in formalin for years. Is it too late to change it out and put them in isopropyl alcohol? If so, do I rinse the specimens out with water to "wash" off the formalin before the isopropyl?
