So I had a problem where all my missions other than story missions were broken somehow. This one has people floating and I can't interact with Charles. There was no dialogue when asking the Police Chief to use the electric chair, and Brother Dorkins was T-posing.

The problem was that I had the game itself, Special Edition Content, and Ultimate Edition content installed on an external Seagate. But i also had Special Edition Content and Ultimate Edition Content somehow ALSO installed on the INTERNAL storage. So i had had the add-ons double installed without realizing it. As soon as I uninstalled it from the internal storage, bam, all the missions worked.

There's no dialogue, and the mission doesn't advance. I tried looking online, but the only thing I can find is people asking why the "Ask/Demand" is grayed out. Ive closed the game, reloaded an old save, did other missions, uninstall/reinstall. None of that has worked. Its my 4th playthrough, so its not super important since I already know the storyline. Its just annoying and I'm nervous that other missions will break now. Like a domino effect lol.
